also, lots of books in library which discuss psychology of laughter, comedy techniques and principles of comedy. Stewart Lee a good one to watch for deconstructing his own comedy and jokes as well.

Great clip Venessa! Makes a point to me about how the timing of each action/joke is imperitive, especially during the jokes that made you think something was going to happen and then surprised you with something different happening, like the slipping on a banana joke in the clip, the timing of the looks between each cast member made the joke 10x funnier.
ReplyDeleteI laughed most at the pies section. Could have been because they set that one of the character would be miserably unlucky. or maybe it's the expectation and then the constant change of the various ways of piecing someone.
